DISCLOSURE REGARDING THE AWARDING OF CONTRACT FOR THE MAINTENANCE AND REHABILITATION PROJECT OF THE NASSIB – DAMASCUS HIGHWAY IN THE SYRIAN ARAB REPUBLIC, TO COMBINED GROUP CONTRACTING COMPANY (K.S.C.).

With reference to the above-mentioned subject, we would like to inform you that the Contract for the Maintenance and Rehabilitation Project of the NASSIB – Damascus Highway in the Syrian Arab Republic, has been awarded to Combined Group Contracting Company (K.S.C). Contract Value: $ 48,791,756 Equivalent: KD 15,050,808 approximately Execution Period: 400 Calendar Days.
Operating profits are expected to be included in the company's financial statements during the project implementation period. We will keep you updated on any developments in this regard at the appropriate time.
