With reference to the email received from the Boursa Kuwait dated 24 August 2026, regarding a request for comment on the unusual trading activity observed in the shares of IFA Hotels & Resorts Company on 24 August 2026, and in accordance with Article (4-5) of the Module Ten (Disclosure and Transparency) of the Executive Bylaws of Law No. 7/2010 concerning the establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and the regulation of securities and its amendments.IFA Hotels & Resorts confirms that no recent developments have occurred that would materially impact the company’s share price or trading volumes in a way that could justify the unusual trading activity observed.
