The Group Contribution in the Kuwait Emergency Response Fund

Arzan Financial Group for Financing and Investment (K.P.S.C.) announces that its Board of Directors has approved by circulation a contribution of USD 1,000,000 (USD One Million) Equivalent to KWD 308,000 to the Kuwait Emergency Response Fund, as part of its national responsibility and its continued commitment to supporting initiatives that contribute to safeguarding the State's resources. This contribution is made in support of the national initiative launched by the Kuwait Fund for Development, with the aim of supporting and financing efforts to enhance the State's preparedness and response to emergency situations and exceptional circumstances.
An increase in the Other Expenses and Charges item by an amount of KWD 308,000, which will be reflected in the Statement of Profit or Loss in the Company's financial statements for the third quarter of 2026.
