We would like to inform you that the Ordinary General Assembly meeting of Trolley General Trading Company was held on Monday, 10 August 2026, at 12:00 PM, at the company’s headquarters located in Al Mirqab, Alsoor street, Burj Alshaya, 13th Floor, , in the presence of the representative of Kuwait Clearing Company, Mr. Fahad Ali Alhudaib with an attendance rate of 81.848 % of the shareholders. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Faisal Yaqoub Boodai –Chairman، The following items were discussed and approved: Agenda of the Ordinary General Assembly: • Approved of the Board of Directors’ recommendation regarding the Company’s contribution of USD 3,000,000 to the Kuwait Emergency Response Fund.
