Capital Markets Authority approval on offering prospectus for the issuance of unsecured senior Sukuk

Kuwait International Bank (KIB) has obtained the approval of the Capital Markets Authority (CMA) on 27 July 2026 on the offering prospectus for the issuance of unsecured senior sukuk for an amount up to USD 600 million (or its equivalent in other currencies) (2026 Issuance). The issuance will be made indirectly through KIB Sukuk Limited, a special purpose vehicle (SPV) incorporated in the Cayman Islands, under the Bank’s USD 1.5 billion Sukuk Program Subscription to this issuance will be limited to eligible investors only.
There is no impact on the financial position of the bank currently.

Significant effect on the financial position shall be mentioned if the material information can measure that effect, excluding the financial effect resulting from tenders or similar contracts.

If a listed company, which is a member of a group, disclosed some material information related to it and has significant effect on other listed companies’ which are members of the same group, the other companies’ disclosure obligations are limited to disclosing the information and the financial effect occurring to that company itself.
