Please be informed that Action Energy Company has signed an Initial Strategic Partnership Agreement with “Anton” Oilfield Services Group, an integrated international company specialising in oilfield technologies and services. This initial strategic partnership agreement aims to provide a comprehensive suite of technologies and services across various stages of oil and gas development and production. Additionally, Action Energy Company has signed an initial acquisition agreement with “Warah” Environmental Consultants, a firm specialising in providing environmental and technical consultations, including environmental and social impact assessments, technical advisory, and professional and specialised training services.
